Package Terms And Condition

1. The Mental Health Counseling sessions included in the purchased packages are offered at a discounted rate, lower than the standard price.
2. Once any package or packages are purchased, all sales are final, and no refunds shall be issued except under the following conditions:
a. In the unfortunate event of the Client’s death, a Death Certificate must be provided to process any refund for the remaining balance of the package.
b. If Lifespring fails to deliver its services for a prolonged period, resulting in the inability to fulfill the intended purpose of the package, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Lifespring.
c. If the Client believes they are not experiencing sufficient improvement, they may be eligible for a refund, provided that an assessment of their current mental health condition is conducted by a licensed mental health professional. The results of such an assessment will be taken into consideration.
3. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Lifespring, providing adequate documentation to support the claim. Upon receipt of a valid refund request, Lifespring will review and process the request within 30 business days.
4. In the event that the Client has used only a portion of their package and is eligible for a refund, Lifespring shall issue a partial refund based on the number of unused sessions, calculated at the standard rate. The discount provided on the original purchase will not apply to the unused portion.
5. Any administrative, processing, or setup fees associated with the package purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the Client is entitled to a refund for the package.
6. Lifespring reserves the right to deny a refund request if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the refund request is fraudulent, based on a breach of the Terms & Conditions, or if the Client has failed to comply with any applicable policies
7. Lifespring will not be held responsible for any failure to provide services or delays in service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or any other events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
